The Hunter Economic Development Corporation (HEDC) is an organisation that works to grow the economy of the Hunter.
We promote the region nationally and internationally to build the Hunter’s profile as a centre for business and lifestyle. The aim of our work is to attract investment to the region that will create sustainable jobs for the future.
We are proud Ambassadors for the Hunter and we invite you to join us.
What does it mean to be an Ambassador?
We take great pride in our region. Being a Hunter Ambassador is as easy as talking about what a great place the Hunter is to live and work in, whenever you have the opportunity. No-one who lives here needs to be convinced.....but we aim to take that message to the world.
Being a Hunter Ambassador isn't a formal role and it doesn't have any strict requirements. It's simply about being positive about the region and proud of its achievements.
